Befaszczot produces brushes. Its products have been manufactured in the Bielsko-Biała factory from the very beginning of its operations. It is almost 150 years of technological development, adaptation to market requirements and meeting the expectations of customers. During that time, we have managed to develop a clearly defined organisational culture based on values that are important to us.
Acting in accordance with the historical principle established 145 years ago by the factory founders, the Sennewaldt brothers, “Goods without flaws – careful execution – low prices” have allowed Befaszczot to keep a stable market position until today.

We use only certified high-quality raw materials, upgrade our machine park on an ongoing basis and are committed to the professional development of our team. The class of Befaszczot products is proven by the exceptionally low number of claims: in 2020, they accounted for only 0.000006% of sales which reached the level of millions of pieces! The quality of our brushes is also recognised with ISO and FSC certificates.
Befaszczot pursues the objectives of sustainable economic, environmental and social development strategy. The most important aspect of our CSR activities is the support for and professional activation of disabled people, as guaranteed in the articles of association of the company. As a sheltered workplace, over 80% of our employees have a mild, moderate or significant degree of disability. We actively support and sponsor charitable and social organisations, and are engaged in numerous environmental protection activities and local initiatives organised by the city authorities and NGOs.
